On 14 and 15 January 2026, FLO Group will be present at MARCA by BolognaFiere (Italy) at the stand of the Il Buon Gusto Italiano Business Network, to present and test Alpha directly in service.
The Alpha line, made of paper with silica and without plastic, developed thanks to Qwarzo® technology and FLO’s industrial know-how, will be used by chefs Cesare Veronesi and Federico Martinelli during their preparations.
An opportunity to test the quality of Alpha in real operating conditions, assessing its functionality and performance in a real context, in direct contact with the gastronomic experience.
